What's up

On Thursday I took my sisters and a friend to see Ramona and Beezus. It was really good. It was very entertaining and family friendly without being too mushy. It had a little bit of the older sister being mean to Ramona, but not nearly as much as I expected and for the most part they had a good relationship. I highly recommend it for any age.

Yesterday when I was at work at the library there was a tornado warning for our area. It was really exciting. We don't have a basement at our library branch, so we had the patrons wait in the public restrooms. That is the safest place because there are no windows. We didn't get hit by a tornado, but it stormed all day and there were a lot of branches down in our neighborhood. Later that night our power went out for about two hours, so we all sat in the living  room with flashlights and candles and just talked and goofed around. It was really nice. I love storms. : )

We started watching The Dick Van Dyke Show on Netflix last week and I really love it! It is SO funny, but it is really clean humor. It's probably my new favorite show.

Ooh, that's on my list of movies to see in the not-so-distant future. ^.^

We've had a lot of storms and a few tornado warnings this summer where I live... They're not exactly comforting thoughts, tornados. Storms, I can deal with; tornados scare the pants off me. :P Glad to hear it was just a warning, and that you did not get hit by one!

And I love the Dick Van Dye Show. xD Ah, golden oldies... They don't make 'em like they used to. ;)

I saw that movie and thought it was very good! So nice to see a movie that's geared towards families that's not cheesy and has depth to it.

glad you like storms! lol.
